[userModule] Summary Sensor (Updated 2017/01/22)

This plugin creates a virtual sensor that summarises multiple other sensors into one. The aggregate method (eg. min, max, average, ...) can be chosen in the config. The device icon, scaleTitle and probeTitle will be taken from the first device.
Tested with Z-Way version v2.1.1, v2.2.1, v.2.2.2
