New zwave Module

Post by Gotty101 »

I saw on the Twitter feed that there will be a new Z-Uno. Are there any details as of yet, ie will there be any more program space? Lastly I know its early days but will the module be a similar size to the current one?

The reason I as is I've had my z-uno blind motor test rigged up to one of my blinds and it's been working well. It uses flirs mode and to 18650 batteries (recharged by solar). I've got a few bits to polish off but it's been reliable so far. I will be looking to design my pcb's so I can install one on every blind in the house.

Thanks again for a great product and continuing to work on it!

Z-Uno board will be same size and even pin compatible. Will be in August/September. Depends on certification.

The module will be certainly smaller and a bit different. And later (December). You are suggested to use existing modules. They are available (not boards).

And yes, much more space, big stack, many features, 95% code compatible.
