Syncing with Z-Uno always failed when burn boot loader

Hi guys!
With my almost brand-new Z-Uno, I'm now unfortunatly facing the same issue as User "7Cv0Nu6Q".

It was working pretty fine with an external sensor for a few hours, but now the green LED and all others are off, regardless already have tried:

• factory-reset

• rescue mode

• pressing reset during bootloader burning procedure like described above

In Arduino IDE, the Z-Uno is still visible, but when trying to inteact with it, it shows:

• during bootloader buring procedure: "Error 1 Can't request board information! ErrCode=-1
  Failed to burn bootloader: uploading error: exit status 0xffffffff"

• during sketch upload procedure: "Error 1 Can't request board information! Please try to update bootloader first.
  Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 4"

What else can I do?

I'm having the very same issue with 2 brand new units. I also purchased them in Switzerland. Is this a faulty batch maybe ? How do I get replacement units ? Greetings from Luzern
