Hello,
Just another question on Alexa: I have an Echo Show 2. Unfortunately, Alexa can't find any of my Z-Wave devices from my Raspberry.
* Alexa App is installed
* Remote Access is enabled
* I can access via find.z-wave.me, so remote also works
* POPP as well as Z-Way Skill installed (only one at the same time). ID & Passwort were accepted. So no issues here either.
When Alexa searches for new devices, nothing is found. Any ideas? Thank you!
Alexa can't find any devices
Re: Alexa can't find any devices
With the latest build of Alexa app (version 1.1.0)
We now get the option to choose which devices are Alexa enabled.
Each device should have an option "Activate for Amazon Alexa"
also found via:- Configuration-Devices-Manage Speech Assistant-Settings.
In my logs I see a few of these messages when doing a Discovery.
Received data from Alexa Skill
Return Response to Alexa Skill
