When I run update neighbors from expert mode, with UZB acting as a secondary controller to a Vera Plus, I get failures on all nodes and the neighbors list does not update. There are messages that "Neighbours update failed", which return almost immediately from each device. The UZB can see several of the devices, though it has poor connectivity to many and was recently moved to to a new location to improve the situation, which is why I need to run the reorganization. All devices are mains powered and consist of 5 thermostats (Honeywell) and 10 range extenders (Aeotec 6 and 7). There is no SUC/SIS node listed on the UZB.
What is causing the update to fail? What can I do to get it to work?
Update neighbors fails
Re: Update neighbors fails
This is because this should be done only on the primary controller side (Vera in your case)
Re: Update neighbors fails
Thank you! I was able to reorganize neighbors on the primary controller, though the UZB neighbors map (http://locahost:8083/expert/#/network/neighbors) doesn't update after the primary controller update, which I thought it could do even as a secondary controller.
Re: Update neighbors fails
You need then to Request Network Update from Network -> Control
Re: Update neighbors fails
I don't see a Request Network Update option in Network -> Control. Is it on a different screen? I tried "Call NIF from all devices" but that didn't change the neighbor display.
Re: Update neighbors fails
Oh, I see "Request network updates from SUC/SIS", but it's grayed out.
Re: Update neighbors fails
Do you know how to enable the Request Network Update from SUC/SIS button?
