Yale Keyfree lock interview always stops at 82%

Hi,
I have a Yale (/Assa Abloy) Keyfree Connected Z-Wave lock. It consistently stops with the interview incomplete, and always the same 4 command classes that have failed: DoorLock, UserCode, Battery and FirmwareUpdate. This is the same whether I try S0 or S2 security. From what I can see when clicking on the command classes, Z-Way is unhappy with some of the answers because some of the values are in red.

Incidentally, there is also no ZDDX file for this particular lock variant.

I am using latest Z-Way 4.0.3 with a Razberry 7 Pro running latest firmware 7.36.

I can provide logs and Zniffer/ART traces if required along with any other information needed.
