I haven't seen in your first post a detail,.... maybe this is the simple reason.
There is wrong device type choosen/detected.
Change the "Motor Control Device" to "Fibaro FGRM222" using device description selector (in "interview" "select device description" will come up a pull down menu)
Then this parameter will come up - I think so
