How can i have the state of the move sensor ?

Depends on the device.

Usually http://192.168.1.34:8083/ZWaveAPI/Run/d ... evel.value reports it (since it is a binary sensor, not multilvel).

Note, that due to change in Z-Wave Command Classes specification in next version this will become:
