Beginner has some trouble

I have some Trouble with my Razberry. When I look at http://192.168.178.46:8083/expert/ with IE 11, I can not see the hole page - I am not able to scroll down. With Chrome 37.0.2062.124 I get an error: "Error loading Z-Way - Z-Way supports only Google Chrome, .., We apologize"
The "Mobile UI", "TV UI" and "Z-Way Home Automation UI" Show only the Battery Status from my Danfoss Thermostat. I could not adjust the temperature there. The Switches are ok - I can switch on an off.

Indeed, I suggest to switch to Chrome of Safari.

As for DLC, you can use it in Expert UI, but not in HA yet

But I do not understand, that I have Trouble with Chrome? I have Chrome 37.0.2062.124 and get the error!
