issue razberry module led blinking

Hi, after a try to detect z-wave devices, the leds on the razberry modul (green and red one) does`t stop blinking. This behaviour occurs also when i restart pi. Is there a way to reset the current state of the modul or the chip on the modul?

We need logs and some more knowledge:
1) which board (3rd or 5th gen)?
2) what LED does on start
3) what is "try detect z-way devices"?

@1) I'm not sure about the version of raZberry module. On the backside of the raZberry modul I can read 'Rasberry V2.0' Z-Wave module seams to be a ZM5202 sigma design module.

@2) Both leds are switched on when I power up raspberry pi and then blinking periodical in an interval of 2 seconds and this doesn't stop anymore.

@3) The led blinking started when I clicked the '(Re-)Include device' button in the IP::8083/expert/#/etwork/control menu.

A side effect is that the raZberry modul isn't accessible anymore through web gui. The Expert web gui shows me 'error handling data from server'.

What can I do to recover the modul in normal working state?

I don't get from your message. Does it start blinking on power on and never stops or it stops and then starts again on AddNodeToNetwork

It starts blinking on power on and never stops.

Green or red? Really we are puzzled! It should light green until self check is done and then go off or shine red (in case of error). blinks are not supposed here.

Ok, means your RaZberry has something wrong loaded in the firmware. Please contact you shop to do RMA.

There are no codes using both LEDs blinking together.
