How to code (multi sensor delayed action)

Hi,
I'm using the zway USB stick for WD Nas, which is running the Zway UI. Got first scenes running but I'm struggling with these ideas:
- I would like to create a binary switch, that activates a scheduled scene (when I am at home, the coffee machine shall start heating at 7am)
- I would like to create a SecurityMode or logical rule, that is triggered by to sensor signals, but linked with "and" (all sensor values on on at the same time)
- I would like to dim the Aeon Led bulb veeeeery slowly (10% - 20% in 5 minutes)

Anyone who can help me?

Besides: I have drawn this down with the helpful tool DrawExpress for Android.
