Lost of associated devices

for an unknow reason I lost all the devices associated to my z-way-server. Any possibility to recover them ? No I did not have backup .... But I found the button for the next time. BTW is that backup and restore process can help to recover lost associated devices ?

thx for your help. The sensor are very far from me. If I can restore them it will be great !
