z-way binding

I have been stuck on this problem for more than two weeks now. My raspberry pi running wheezy 2015-01-09 with z-way module on was working fine binding with devices turing the on and off. But I had to go on vacation and when I came back the pi was not booting coz sd card got corrupted for some reason. Got new sd card flashed it with latest jessie installed z-wave but on including device it gives error saying "Error Loading data". and after that the screenshot is attached.
the log looked like the one mentioned on this site http://razberry.z-wave.me/index.php?id=29
What I have tried so far
changed Raspberry pi board
changed sd card
tried to configure ttyAMA0
did what this post said https://snoep.it/razberry-on-jessie/
unplugged and plugged z-wave module
tried a couple of wheezy versions and the sd card image given at http://razberry.z-wave.me/index.php?id=24
Please help me

Jessie is your "problem" and there are fixes out there.
