I have updated the Android app today to the new version 1.7. After that the connection to my raspi server was refused: "An unexpected error occured during loading data...".
I tried this:
- reconnecting to the server by deleting and adding a new mobile device
- deleting the browser cache of google chrome on my mobile device
- deleting and reinstalling the Z-Wave.me app
without any result.
I went back to the previous version 1.6 and everything works fine. So my conclusion is that someting with the android app 1.7 is wrong.
Has somebody else the problem?
I am running on zway firmwar version 4.0.2

Me to. Quite frustrating.
Spent hours cleaning cache, deleting and adding and deleting and adding hub, deleting connections, deleting app and installing it from scratch.....
But still: 'Oooops.... something went wrong.'

You can side load the 1.6 version:

Just make sure the automatic update is disabled at least for that app. Otherwise it will update to 1.7 again.

A fixed 1.7 ist available in the play store. I updated and the issue is gone

I know you guys are working hard on software development. People like me stay with your z-wave smart home solution because we really like the functionality and home automation possibilities. Z-way + hardware are great and affordable products.
I am your 'client' from 2016. From that time many things changed. Your software is now mature and stable. It is getting better and better. But bugs occur, we know and understand that.
I would really appreciate it if short notifications are published in such cases. Just to know where the problem is.

A friend of mine does not receive push notifications anymore after updating the app to version 1.7.
The problem occurs on two different Android devices (Xiaomi Note 10 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy). Z-Way server version is 4.0.2.
We tried different settings:
- His phone connected to my hub does also *not* receive push notifications
- My phone (Xiaomi Mi A3, app version 1.7) connected to his hub *does* receive push notifications
After downgrading the app to 1.6 everything is fine again and push notificationsare being shown.
So it has to be a problem with the app/phone combination.
