Razberry bricked? Can't write NVM data at=3000

Post by woekids »

My Razberry, installed on a PI4b, was updating but became to hang.
At restart the red/green light blinked once and after that ....... DEAD!!
The hat is not recognized anymore.

Return text after flashing:
Opening port ................... OK
Writing NVM data .................. FAILED
Error 0 Unknown exception: Can't write NVM data! at=3000

Is he bricked and do I have to throw it away or is there a way to rescue my Razberry?

No it is not recognized anymore. When the raspberry starts up the red and the green led lit up once and that was it.

If no other changes were made, it looks like a h/w fault. Might it be that you change something on your Pi? Maybe UART setting were changed?

I also tried on other raspberry’s pi with the same result. Therefor I am afraid the hat is bricked.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Razberry installed on a Raspberry Pi 4B. It seems that the device encountered an error during the flashing process and is currently not being recognized.
