My Z-Way setup deletes nodes from the network from time to time, and it seems to always be the same nodes. Even if I exclude them and add them to the network as a new device, they still will go missing after a while. The devices:
- Fibaro Wall Plug (FGWPF-102)
- Remotec IR control (ZXT-120)
- Smoke detector (FireAngel)
- Qubino Flush switch
I have several of each of these in the network, but it is only one of each that disappears from the network.
I reported this before, but this time I caught it in time to to pull the log (included, shortened due to forum upload limits). The device in question is a smoke detector, device #49
Device still seems to be working normally here

Re: Z-Way keeps removing certain nodes
That's a very interesting case. We had a similar issue for one customer years ago and it was not chased down to something reasonable.
Z-Way gets from the RF module the notification that a node was deleted.
Things to do:
1) search for RECEIVED: ( 01 06 00 49 20 xx 00 yy ) lines to see if similar commands appeared (possibly with other IDs (xx). If that happens and IDs are random, this is an RF problem or some firmware bug
2) upgrade the firmware of the chip
3) use the Zniffer (you might need a second RaZberry or Z-Uno or a SiLabs sniffer) to see where those commands come from
Code: Select all

Re: Z-Way keeps removing certain nodes
The current set of log files doesn't show that line, I'll keep an eye out.
The chip is at v3.1.4-183-g6b000d3d
I'll also look into setting up Zniffer
