Problem with equipment FIBARO FGMS-001 & Domoticz

I write this message because I have problems with this equipment in Domoticz; FIBARO FGMS-001 Cod EAN: 5902020528258
I writte in this forum that there are problems with this computer, but I cannot find the solution.
Z-Wave.Me software recognize me the FIBARO FGMS-001 (view pictures)

But at Domoticz does not appear, I just seem to own Rasperry devices. Can you help me please? I'm starting this home automation and believe that I have chosen a device complicated with many problems. I imagine that it will be easier with other equipment. Thank you for your help

I'm experiencing the same issue.

I think this is a simple z-way bug, because I've 4 Fibaro FGMS-001 motions sensors.

Two old sensors recognized running with application version 2.4, and two new sensosrs purchased last week that are recognized as application version 2.6.

the two sensors with version 2.4 are working good with Domoticz, but the two new ones, are working only into zway, but don't get propagated to Domoticz device list.

I don't know if this is a problem of domoticz or zway.

Why not a problem of Fibaro?

I do have 2 Fibaro FGBS 001, with different product ID, where the newest does not properly present its alarm sensors to Z-Way. Until now Fibaro has not been able to answer my question in which aspect the two devices are different....

Yes! true! Fibaro support continue to not respond end users requests! and as ex Fibaro HC2 user I can confirm that their customer care is the worst ever seen, and moreover they want maintain their hardware spec pretty obscure.
I will never buy a Fibaro product in the future.

Hi everybody,

i bought the same Fibaro FGMS-001 in version 2.6 (see attached picture), running z-way in version 1.7.2 and have also a problem with this sensor.

I already read through this Thread viewtopic.php?f=3422&t=20393&hilit=fgms and getting these errors in zway:

Is there any way to fix this in zway? (command class 0xff is not supported, but maybe zway can make a workaround for this issue)

The other problem is that I don´t get any motion detections, can not set the association or get any reports in zway. But I can see on the device, that it blinks when he detects something. I checked the zway log if any message was sent, but unfortunately there is nothing. Any idea whats going wrong?
