controlling ZWave device(bulb) with key fob 2

We have Z-Wave.Me 4 Button Key Fob, ZME_KFOB2 (http://www.zwave4u.com/Z-Wave-Controlle ... 17627.html) added to ZWave expert UI.

Status of the device:

Device State : "this device is currently sleeping"

Goal :
I would like to make this status as "Device is operating" and associate another zwave device (bulb) and control this bulb via key chain.

could any one help me to reach my goal?

you need first to make the configuration an press Apply button. once done, wake up the device: press 4 buttons for 5 seconds, once it will blink with green LED, press button 2 (B on the image above)

Suneelyaram give us a shout if your having issues with them, I've just started using them and they are working well. Not trying to hijack the thread but PoltoS can you tell me how to bind one of the buttons to a scene, I have tried "Send Scenes" & "Send Preconfigured Scenes" but can't find anyway to link these to the scenes. I can see the scenes in the log. I have tried "LogicalRules" as well but the remote list is empty. This is what I get in the log:
