Upgrade firmware

Hello.

I have both a ZW0301 and a ZW0500 and i notice a big difference in the firmware, and of course one if them is new so i understand that it has a newer firmware, but my question is, is it possible to upgrade the firmware on the ZW0301.

ZW0301 - SDK Version: 4.54.01 - Serial API Version: 04.02
ZW0500 - SDK Version: 6.51.03 - Serial API Version: 05.00

Thanks for the answer, maybe i should make the new one primary after i have verified that its working as it should. (the old one does and i dont want to brake my z-wave net)

The new SDK will not run on old h/w. So, as @pz1 told, it is not possible to upgrade (the new f/w is twice bigger than size of old chip - so this is even technically not possible).

Yes, it is better to have 5th gen primary. But you can also use 3rd one to assign SIS functionality to 5th (included as secondary controller) and 5th will become primary automatically.
