Force Sending Message ignoring Wakeup Status

Post by Anganthier »

Hi,

I've got a POP_004308 Smoke Detector device. Interview is done. I am trying to set Wakeupt Time Interval and the Return Route, but the messages are staying in the Job Queue with an Status of W (Waiting for Wakeup). If I manually wakeup the device by holding the button no Wakeup Notification is received by the controller but the Test-alerts are received. It stays the same after a couple of days with the jobs queued.

So communication seems to work fine, but the controller is waiting for the wakeup messages. How can I force the Status of a device to be awake or how can I force send a message, since I know that the device is not in deep sleep?

Another device of the same type just works fine.

Thanks,

Are you sure these packets are to this device and not to some other sleeping?

Once device receives Wakeup Notification, the queue should be sent for that device.
