Dead RaZberry

Last weekend I think ly RaZberry died, I rebooted my Raspberry PI (as I have many times before) and it stopped responding afterwards, I have had is less than 2 months so its rather disappointing it died so fast. I tried to contain my retailer but after a week they still have yet to responded to me. Is there anything else I can do?

Have you tried to power off your Pi for at least 20 seconds?
