Failed device

Hello.

This morning i had a device (Qubino Flush dimmer) that did not send status or receive status from RaZ, i could still control the light from the switch.

I tried to reinclude the device and then the device was added like it as a new device with a new id, the old id was 35 now it has 41, then i removed failed device 35 so everything works now.

But my question is, what is causing this behavior? is it the device or could it be my RaZ?

What have you got in the log? As far as we know, Qubino is not certified yet, so it is possible they're not sending status updates.

Iam going to check and see if i find anything in the log. Qubino is working, The most solid devices that i have tried.
The issue i talked about have happend before on different devices and brands.

So i think this is the RaZ or some problems in Z-wave itself.

If the log contains some "not delivered" records, it could be ill packet routing or signal strength issue.
