Also I don't know any manufacturer at the moment that provide firmware file.
I suppose that it's a hardware problem with your device.

I have received the new sensor and now is ALL GOOD i can see the state change in the log Will try to connect it to open remote today And then me and my friend will try to make a custom JS + CSS + HTML User interface for my home use
