(Motion)Sensor update doesn't work

Hey,

I have some motion sensors (Aeon Multisensors), which seem to be online


But the sensor status does not get updated...


When clicking Device 12 > General purpose update:

-> but nothing changes

Clicking Device 13 > 'update', does not even add anything to the queue ?!

After clicking every update button multiple times, this is what it looks like:


Chip/pi reboot doesn't help.
I have a Raspberry pi with a RaZberry module.
All sensors are powered by cable (no battery sensors)

What is wrong with my setup? Is it some mistake on my side, or a bug, or a misconfiguration in the software??

Yes, they are. Here's how the configuration looks for all devices:

(I am not sure which version to select as Device Description Record - 1.3 or 1.18 - but since it says 1.18 under 'Application Version' I selected that one)


But I think the problem solved itself somehow, it now looks like this:




The question, why Dev. 15 sends more data is still interesting.
Under 'Send unsolicited reports reports' they all have Temperature and Battery Report selected (every 600 secs)

I don't know this device. Just a guess: Are there by any chance differences in ExpertUI Configuration/Configuration parameter settings between device 15 and the other devices?

Maybe not related but in many versions I have tried, I had a similar results with dimmer switches if you operated it manually from the switch, zway would not report the proper level of the dimmer (stale data). Switching to 2.1.2 rc2 resolved this for me, I hope you are not on that version and would suggest a upgrade to it

@holzemile You are still on old blue UI? Looks the version you are using is extremely old! is you problem still valid on latest version?

@Plainsane dimmer problem is not related. it was due to dimmer not sending it's value by itself after dimming end. Now Z-Way polls all dimmers untill same value is received twice
