Aeotec Recessed door sensor

I have problem with Aeotec Recessed Door Sendor. When I try to include device, razberry find it, but reports "Device found but the configuration is not complete". Does anybody use this sensor? How to include it?

I wrote to Aeotec and they advice to keep device close to controller when including; after this device is properly recognized by Razberry but still doesn't work properly (shows the same status all the time:
Alarm Access Control 20-0-113-6-Door Aeon Labs (always off)
Sensor General purpose 20-0-48-1 Aeon Labs (always on)

Aeotec advice me to "try setting this parameter setting to the sensor: Param 121 [4 byte dec]: 272", but I don't know how to do this. Any suggestions?
