Configuration is lost after restart

Hello,

I'm using version 2.2.3 and having serious problems with my qubino relays.

I have three relays which is not working well.
1. First of all the inclusion process never gets to 100%. If continued anyway sometimes it looks ok.

2. The interview is never complete. It is missing version.

3. All configuration for theses three relays is lost when z-way-server is restarted and I have to force an interview again (I have a sensor that is working ok)

Does anyone else have these problems or even better, have a solution for it?

Hi,
I have similar problem with v2.2.4-rc4 but on all devices.
Any way to get my QUBINO devices working, I simply make a "call nif" and "force interview" (I'm not so happy to do this every time) till it is complete. Once interview is complete, I go throught expert command and in the configuration section I get all the parameter I need one by one. Everythyng work fine even if for my QUBINO there isn't a relevant file description.

Basically when you do /etc/init.d/z-way-server stop ot use /JS/Run/exit() API call, Z-Way should save current state before shut down. If it does not work for you, we will need remote support to investigate

None of the suggested is working. How would a remote support look like?

Nope, unfortunately not!. I have sent a PM to PoltoS but I have gotten no response.

@Mansica Indeed, missed it. too many entrence points: e-mail, skype, PM, facebook,.... lost between all of them.

So, can you reproduce the problem so we can help to debug it?

It is very easy to reproduce it. Just restart z-way-server and all configuration is lost.
