I have been a user of the ZWay platform for over a year and a half, but unfortunately I never found the right support for my mobile device's OS. That's why I started an android application as a personal part-time project. Currently, not all device types are supported. However I plan to keep on improving this application by adding even more support for ZWay features.
Hello, it's a good idea to group device by type but your display is too similar to official app. It must be interesting to slip line for 2 elements or reduce element size like in imperihome.
It's not very useful to scroll too much time.
New idea:
- create a plugin in zway server to add notification like pushbullet.
- add android widget
Your two suggestions have been in my agenda for a couple of weeks. Widgets are of most priority at the moment, and I will definitely look to include them in a future release.
Push notifications are also something I want to add - just need to get used to developing a plugin for Z-Way.
What do you mean exactly by slip lining? And how would you prefer to see devices grouped?
