List Index out of range?

Hello!

First off, loving the Z-uno!
but, i get an error now, whenever i upload a sketch (any sketch) it tells me, list index out of range.
when i try to clear nvm data (as i suspect it is a nvm error) it says cant clear nvm data at=4000

help please ?

Is the green LED blinking? Did you try rescue mode?

using rescue mode, it got solved!
apparently my code just flooded the com port which kinda disabled the communication with the computer
